Over the weekend i added funds to my phone to communicate with family member.Some how my card was ran 4times while submitting online payment.My bank has given my transaction number confirming payment was successful , yet IC Solutions has funds as " pending" status. I have called several times asking about the status of an " investigation" that they have opened up.The supervisor was rude and less helpful then the representative's who handle everyday calls.
I was told that it takes 72 hours to fix errors.The issue i have is a simple fix is drawn out over 3 days to even be looked at.
Still no solution. This is horrible business protocol .
