On more than one occasion I have put money on my phone in a federal prison and it was put on the state prison not federal. each time I have to call them to get it straightened out the customer service is extremally helpful and takes care in fixing the problem.
I have a grandson in federal and a granddaughter in state and it always gets mixed up. every customer service agent I have spoken to is helpful. people need to realize they talk to a lot of pissed off people everyday.
yes they start out helping but as with all people when they get hollered at and cussed out they become less likely to want to help you. so maybe people who are already stressed about their loved ones being in prison so be kinder to the customer service and they would be more helpful.
