The problem is not the price. The problem is that when someone calls you, the call starts off just fine then halfway through the call, you can't understand anything they say.
It's like a robot or they are under water. We waste minutes of our conversation saying, "Can you hear me? Can you hear me?" This is where we waste time and money. I wish they would fix the phones in the jail.
They have called them to come fix them but still no one has came. This issue happened as soon as they switched to this service.
The service is cheaper so that I am thankful for. Now if they could just fix the quality.....
