my credit card was charged after me asking the customer service last month to remove my credit card. I would like to speak to some one.

to find out why this was never taken care of. when I spoke to customer service the account was to be terminated and a refund for a hundred and fifty three dollars was to reimbursed, I am extremely annoyed that this company has decided to just lie to me and disreguard my request. so I am asking one more time to please remove my card off the account.I know longer approve any transaction using my card. I have already made this request once.
