This company operates in an extremely unprofessional and deceptive manner. Payments are accepted, yet when technical issues occur during scheduled video visits, responsibility is immediately shifted to the customer and no refund is provided.
I have reliable, high-speed internet service and am using an up-to-date device, yet the video visit experienced repeated connectivity failures. Despite this, the company maintains a rigid policy of refusing refunds unless the issue is acknowledged as originating on their end.Additionally, there are serious concerns regarding their payment processing system. On multiple occasions, payments have been reported as declined both online and over the phone, only for the charges to later appear as successfully processed.
This creates confusion, mistrust, and potential financial harm to consumers.These practices raise significant concerns and warrant further investigation. Taking advantage of the citizens during times of hardship. They make sure to frustrate you so much with trying to see your loved ones you dont even want to go through the frustration in trying to visit them or try to put money in their account.

Paying for a service that I can't use

Can't accept calls by pressing 5 with their voice automated system, for some reason it doesn't register. I see this has been a problem for years in other states that use ICS.
Illinois just switched over to ICS from SECURAS and it's been a nightmare. Maybe can accept 1 out of 10 calls smh

When the facility is on lockdown, there is no way to get your money back on video visits. They should make exceptions for refunds if our loved ones are unavailable or allow us to cancel the video with a full refund.

This company's system sucks! Tonight was the 3rd night in a row I've tried to visit my daughter & their system would crash, wouldn't pass the testing & it's THEIR system.
I was on 2 laptops & my phone, multiple networks & nothing worked. If you can't/don't join the visit w/i a few minutes, they say "missed" & you're just outta luck. You can't get a hold of anyone at customer service except the payment center (they def want your money) & they don't know anything, in addition to all of them from other countries, plus it's limited hours.
Most people visit at night so there's nobody you can call. When the jail had iWeb visits, we never had any issues.

The money went to the wrong inmate. Their Idaho Department of Corrections numbers aren't even close.
I went over my guy's inmate information several times, repeating his name and spelling his last name. It's Griffith and went on some guy's with the name of Griffin.
My guy's number is 116499, they put it on 103177. I want my money back.
